Our Curriculum
We know that moving through KS2 and KS3 is a pivotal time in a child’s education. Taking that leap can sometimes require additional support to avoid placement breakdown and further feelings of failure. Willows Rise provides a middle school type environment and a heavily supported transition package.

As a school we work on trauma informed principles, the school provides a flexible curriculum that addresses all areas of the individual student’s needs.

The impact of the curriculum will be students leaving us in the best possible place they can be to take the next step in their educational journey. They will have a clear plan of any adaptations they need to be successful in their next placement and this will be reflected in their EHCP.
